Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships in our Newark, OH branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to establish and nurture business relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and conduct market research to identify industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful staffing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or higher degree is required. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing sales, is also necessary.
