This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced workers' compensation insurance Sales Enablement Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a liaison between the Marketing and Sales departments, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns that support our Sales Team in their business and revenue goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support the Sales Team's business and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on brand guidelines and content development.
- Lead change management planning and communication efforts to support the implementation of new marketing programs and initiatives.
