Key Responsibilities :
- Drive premium goals in a profitable manner while aligning with company financial objectives.
- Create and implement a producer management process that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends for new products and processes.
- Develop education and training programs for agents, underwriters, loss control consultants, and claims examiners to enhance efficiency and results.
- Conduct annual producer profiles and create actionable plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to innovate automated efficiencies and improve customer communication.
- Perform regular visits to agencies, promoting company offerings and developing strong producer-underwriter relationships.
- Identify and pursue quality new appointments while managing agency performance.
- Act as a facilitator and problem solver, addressing any issues with agencies promptly.
- Oversee agency audits and recommend actions based on findings.
- Prepare monthly reports analyzing competition and producer performance metrics.
- Coordinate efforts with the Loss Control, Underwriting, and Claims teams to achieve production goals.
