Role Overview :
As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibility is to become the go-to expert for work comp inquiries and opportunities within your region. You’ll have the exciting challenge of meeting premium goals while supporting our commitment to underwriting and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve premium goals efficiently and profitably.
- Build and maintain a customer-focused producer management process.
- Analyze the market for new products and processes.
- Develop educational programs for agents, underwriters, loss control consultants, and claims examiners.
- Conduct regular agency visits to enhance production efforts and communication.
- Prospect for quality new producer appointments.
- Facilitate training and problem-solving for agencies.
- Conduct agency audits and recommend actions based on results.
- Generate monthly reports highlighting trends in competition and producer performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement automated efficiencies and online improvements.
- Assist in coordinating efforts across Loss Control, Underwriting, and Claims to meet production objectives.
- Make informed decisions to optimize new business applications.
- Complete additional responsibilities as they arise.

Base Salary Range : $71,000 - $100,000 plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your career growth.
