We are seeking a dynamic Workers Compensation Territory Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in workers' compensation or commercial insurance sales, especially within the industry, we encourage you to apply!

Role Overview :

As a Territory Manager, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with insurance agents while collaborating closely with our underwriting team. Become the go-to expert in workers' compensation for your agents, offering insights and solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive premium goals effectively and profitably, aligning with our financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain a customer-focused producer management process.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of the market to identify new products and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver education and training programs to enhance efficiency and sales performance.
  • Perform agency visits to maximize production and keep agents informed about our offerings.
  • Manage the producer / underwriter relationship, ensuring a seamless communication flow.
  • Conduct agency audits and recommend actions based on findings.
  • Provide analysis of competitive trends and producer performance in monthly reports.
  • Facilitate collaboration with Loss Control, Underwriting, and Claims teams to achieve production goals.
  • Be an active participant in selecting new business opportunities based on our corporate standards.
  • Engage in national travel opportunities as required.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five years of experience in insurance and / or sales.
  • A proactive individual capable of functioning with limited supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to workers' compensation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proven sales experience with a flair for negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated success in sales within the workers' compensation or insurance industries.
  • This is a focused, goal-oriented role that offers a competitive base salary ranging from $71,000 to $100,000, along with quarterly bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
