Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing all resources needed throughout entire project - from startup to completion.
- Manage multiple projects depending on size, complexity and type of project.
- Lead and communicate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure you are staying within project schedule and timeline.
- Perform all duties of project engineer should there be any limitations in project size, budget or staffing issues.
- Evaluate project engineer's performance and identify training/development needs.
- Ensure all expectations and budget guidelines set by customer are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field.
- 5 years of experience in managing large commercial projects.
