What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Temporary) position at EmployHQ?
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer switchboard and greet visitors.
- Open mail, stamp, distribute, and copy as needed.
- Prepare outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx.
- Ordering office supplies, meals, etc.
- Typing of letters and running reports.
- Managing mail and miscellaneous office tasks.
- Maintain job files, purchase orders and A/P files.
- Schedule and monitor office janitorial services including periodic office area cleaning.
- Assists with special projects and administrative support, as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be able work Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5pm, Fri 7:30am-12pm.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MS Office experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
