Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Developer to join our team. As a Developer, you will be responsible for interviewing, and working with individuals with barriers. Your role will involve mentoring, providing workforce development opportunities, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Duties:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to individuals in the workforce
- Develop and implement workforce development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to create inclusive work environments
- Educate employers on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities
- Conduct training sessions for employers and employees on disability awareness and inclusion
Qualifications:
-Be 18 years or older
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals that experience a disability or 1 year working in a human services field
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and support individuals in the workforce
- Experience in training development is preferred
