About the Role
- Lead in litigating discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage theft cases
- Advocate for clients, draft legal documents, conduct case investigations, and represent clients in court
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, colleagues, and professional staff to achieve case goals
Requirements
- CURRENT LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN MARYLAND REQUIRED
- 0-3 years of civil litigation experience (new attorneys encouraged to apply)
- Able to work at least one day per week at our Urbana, MD office
- Strong interest in civil rights and/or employment law
