Position Summary:

The Operations Assistant E-Commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing productivity, maintaining proper inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing expense by providing leadership and guidance within organizational guidelines. Provides supervision and direction to employees while performing job duties in support of Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.

 

Day in the life: In a typical day, the Assistant Operations Manager can expect to...

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure E-Commerce runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manages store personnel needs.
  • Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication.
  • Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals.
  • Safety and Risk: Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities.

 

Job Pay & Perks:

  • Pay range: $60,400 - $88,550 
  • Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
  • Work-life balance: Limited Saturday rotation shifts, no overnights or shifts passed 8:30pm, and Closed Major holidays (closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day)

About You:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.

Prior Experience & Education: 

  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
