Employment Options, LLC is a progressive social service agency, locally serving adult individuals with various service needs including Developmental Disabilities and Traumatic/Acquired Brain Injuries.
We are searching for a self sufficient, motivated and dedicated, full time Administrative Assistant with required experience the Sandata/EVV payroll and billing management system. At least 2 years experience in a social services environment preferable. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Required experience with the Sandata/EVV software in payroll and billing.
- Daily administrative support to our billing, payroll and finance departments.
- Periodic support for front desk operations.
The ideal candidate would possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Organize their tasks using Microsoft Office to include MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, as well as QuickBooks and office equipment.
Ultimately, the Administrative Assistant would ensure high level support in the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
