Employment Options, LLC is a business that offers Employment and Job Coaching services to people with disabilities of all ages and skill levels. We have an opportunity for you to join our team as a Employment Specialist/Job Coach. In this position, you will help our clients with disabilities to become employed, learn their job and remain employed.

Employment Specialist/Job Coach Responsibilities
- Works with clients to help them obtain employment in the community. Tasks include: preparing resumes, references, applying for jobs, making call-backs and more.....
- Once your client becomes employed, you will be working on the job with them (and others) to assist them in learning their job.
- Contacts businesses to talk about our clients and the reasons why they would be an outstanding employee for their business.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality, both with your clients as well as the businesses you are contacting.
- Must be flexible to meet the needs of the clients and employers you will be working with.
- Must have the ability to work 7 days of the week (when needed). Must be available between 8am and 9pm. Your schedule based on the needs of your clients and the businesses you are working with. This is not negotiable.
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of businesses and professionalism.
- Must have an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills and writing abilities. Must have a laptop/desktop computer with Word and Excel and know how to use them.
- Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to communicate with people with a wide range of disabilities as well as businesses.
- Ability to work in the following counties: Milwaukee/Waukesha/Washington/Ozaukee.
