I m the direct recruiter for a Superintendent with a specialty contractor in the fields of commercial roofing and fall protection. Near you with paid travel.

As Superintendent with Ideal Building Solutions ( ) you re responsible for replacing existing roof systems / installing new roof systems on commercial buildings liaising between Project Manager Roofing Crew and Client Representatives.
HIGHLIGHTS :
Complete safety / technical training onboarding
Learn technical details of various roof systems
Assist in planning / execution of :
Demolition / removal of existing roofing material
Loading / unloading roofing material / equipment
Assist production crew material layout as needed
Install roofing insulation / substrate boards / cover boards / membrane
Complete flashing details ensuring a watertight roofing system
Maintain clean / safe work site
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Maintenance of roofing equipment / tools
Quality control & regular inspections
Material inventory counts as required
REQUIREMENTS :
Around 3 years roofing or broader discipline / GC experience plus :
- Ability to install the following Roofing Systems;
TPO PVC Modified Bitumen
Fully Adhered Mechanically Attached Rhinobond etc.
Installing Metal Accessories : Gutters Downspouts Fascia Coping Drip Edge etc
Mobile Clock In / Clock Out System & other mobile systems / programs
Pass the 90day introductory period.
4060 Hour Workweeks; up to 100% Travel (1week downtime / up to 30 days in the field)
Rotating 1 weekend per month OnCall Schedule
Clear a National / State / Local Background Check Drug / Posthire Fitforduty Screen & 3Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicle
