As Insurance Industry Applied Epic Education Training Specialist at ASNOA ( https : / / asnoa.com / ) a fully integrated insurance industry services provider- you’ll be responsible for clerical / administrative duties related to training / organizational development of new affiliates joining ASNOA : scheduling / completing onboarding, ongoing affiliate training, obtaining / creating / distributing required instructional materials, communicating schedules / details, daily administration / coordination of the training email folders & calls.

Managing training emails support / follow ups
Scheduling / Training affiliates / staff onboarding / ongoing trainings
Daily education phone calls / follow up
Maintaining trainings calendar
Creating / updating Zoom sessions
Creating / updating automated emails
Updating necessary dates within the management systems
Assisting developing workflows / tips, creating PowerPoint presentations / videos / material for classes / courses / webinars / Learning Management System
Assist developing new training sessions / services & ways to improve these
Additional projects, as needed
REQUIREMENTS
3 years’ recent directly relevant experience including :
Tech skills : Applied EPIC, MS Office 365, HubSpot (or similar)
Ability to manage / prioritize multiple tasks / deadlines effectively
Experience meeting deadlines / handling urgent requests
Strong work ethic, well-organized, technology savvy
