As Senior Risk Analyst with ANE Consulting ( https : / / anenow.com / ) you’ll implement Program / Project risk management processes / execute qualitative risk assessments / strategies, supporting execution / delivery of design-build services for four new borough-based jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island.
HIGHLIGHTS
Review project documents / analyze data / develop risk profiles / registers for projects / program
Prepare / update the project risk registers; ensure quality / timeliness / completeness of information captured
Develop quantitative integrated cost / schedule risk models to support the informed decision-making of a project and the overall program.
Support facilitating cross-functional risk workshops with the Client Project Stakeholders
Develop / discuss risk mitigation strategies and ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented
Issue risk management reports / presentations
Work with the Program / Project Controls team to meet contractual / reporting deliverables
Develop Risk informed Estimate at Completion with varying confidence
Conduct quarterly risk workshops
Provide monthly project-level risk summaries & 60-day look ahead
REQUIREMENTS
Around 8-10 years risk management preferably in a senior / leader role to include :
Risk management principles / practices / regulatory requirements knowledge
Proven ability to develop / implement effective risk management strategies
Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation & software experience such as @Risk, Primavera P6, and / or Crystal Ball
Understanding of construction management fundamentals / project scheduling / cost estimating / project controls
