Job Duties :

Lead strategic direction and execution of integrated client programs, ensuring exceptional service and measurable results
Drive account growth through relationship building, proactive planning, and innovative solutions
Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize profitability
Provide crisis communications counsel and strategic guidance to clients
Develop and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
Contribute to business development and agency growth initiatives
Partner with creative and digital teams to deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications :

7 years leadership experience in client account management

Proven track record in PR, marketing and communications strategy development

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

Strong crisis communications experience

Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and brand development

Digital marketing and content strategy expertise

Background in video production and creative direction

Agency experience preferred
