Job Duties

• Oversee all aspects of company operations to maximize profitability
• Develop and implement strategic plans and operational policies
• Manage financial, sales, and operational teams
• Ensure product quality and maintain ISO 9001 certification
• Lead business development initiatives, including potential M&A activities
• Act as primary company spokesperson and build strategic partnerships
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold company values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• 5 years of executive management experience
• Proven track record in P&L responsibility and financial management
• Experience in manufacturing operations and sales
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with all employee levels
• Ability to travel domestically a few times per month
