Key Competencies
UKG Pro Suite Expertise:
- Act as the primary analyst for the UKG Pro suite, including Pro, WFM, ATS, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation, Employee Voice, and Performance modules.
- Advise on the impact of decisions made in other areas of UKG.
- Design and optimize HR & Payroll workflows.
- Configure employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) functionalities.
System Enhancements and Recommendations:
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system enhancements.
- Promote proactive approaches using the company’s HR systems to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HR system’s capabilities.
- Create and/or modify reports.
Training and Documentation:
- Document internal processes, training manuals, and security controls.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for HR/payroll teams.
- Conduct end-user training.
- Act as a liaison between key business areas to work with and educate users on applications in support of business processes and enhancements.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, time tracking, and employee data management.
- Provide support for end users by troubleshooting problems and testing solutions.
- Assist with system validation and end-to-end testing.
Security and Confidentiality:
- Safeguard sensitive user information and system data.
- Manage security and user access.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge
- Certified UKG Pro Consultant (HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, or Workforce Management and other related modules) or the equivalent in proven experience.
- 5 years of experience utilizing and administering UKG Pro/WFM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and resolve technical issues or recommend viable alternatives.
- Understanding of how UKG modules fit together, steps to configure, and design overall process.
Ability to Implement
A proven track record of the following:
- Configure the UKG Pro suite to meet requirements, perform scenario-based testing, and manage software release lifecycle.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities within the UKG environment.
- Lead workshops, train users, and manage change.
- Configure and test business processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
- Manage and administer user access rights and roles.
