About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Cosmetology Instructor to join our team at the College for Technical Education (a division of Employment Solutions Inc.). As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and training to our students, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the beauty industry. You will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help students improve their skills. Your ultimate goal will be to prepare our students for successful careers in the beauty industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Cosmetology Instructor license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching in a cosmetology program
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- Experience with online learning platforms
Responsibilities:
