Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential customers seeking transportation solutions via cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

- Set and manage sales team profit goals, ensuring accountability and achievement.
- Maintain a positive profit / loss ratio and increase market share in line with business goals.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal operations teams.
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Create and implement marketing and pricing strategies that balance customer needs with company objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across all divisions to achieve common goals.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
