We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Logistics Coordinator to manage the commercial aspects of our shipping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with shipping lines, truckers, global agents, and customers to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain our high standards.
Compensation:
- Salary: Up to $60,000 based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a commercial role within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with NVOCC operations and shipping regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping Line Coordination: Negotiate rates, secure contracts, and maintain positive relationships with shipping line partners.
- Customer Service Excellence: Act as a key contact for agent and customer inquiries worldwide, offering support and solutions to meet their logistics needs.
- Trucking and Logistics Coordination: Manage agreements and scheduling with trucking providers to ensure smooth and timely inland transportation.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, AMS filings, and customs compliance.
