The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with customer and company objectives, developing comprehensive program plans, and mitigating risks. They will also lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and maintain effective communication with customers.
About the Position:
- Oversee Concurrent Programs: Ensure multiple concurrent aerospace programs meet customer and company objectives.
- Develop Comprehensive Plans: Create program plans, including risk assessments and contingency strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead IPTs: Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and drive accountability for timely deliverables within IPTs.
- Maintain Effective Communication: Regularly communicate with customers, providing program updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support Business Development: Collaborate with business development teams to prepare bids, proposals, and accurate cost estimates to support new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of program management experience.
- Expertise in financial metrics.
- Experience with Work in Progress (WIP).
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM).
