Responsibilities:
- SUPERVISE AND SUPPORT CLEANING TEAMS ACROSS MULTIPLE CLIENT LOCATIONS
- CONDUCT SITE INSPECTIONS TO ENSURE QUALITY, EFFICIENCY, AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE
- MANAGE SCHEDULES AND STAFFING TO MEET OPERATIONAL DEMANDS
- HANDLE CLIENT RELATIONS, ADDRESSING CONCERNS AND ENSURING SATISFACTION
- TRAIN AND MENTOR STAFF FOR FUTURE LEADERSHIP ROLES
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY WITH JANITORIAL BEST PRACTICES
Requirements:
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A JANITORY SUPERVISOR OR SITE MANAGER
- BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) REQUIRED
- FAMILIARITY WITH SCHEDULING, PAYROLL, AND QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES
- EXPERIENCE IN FLOOR CARE AND CLEANING TECHNIQUES
- STRONG LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
What We Offer:
