Overview
We are currently seeking a Regional Sales / Assessor Representative to join one of our fastest growing clients to drive business growth across the Continental US. This role involves traveling within your designated region, where you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and providing industry-leading customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in security solutions and a proven track record in consultative selling, with a focus on sectors like education, government, and commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with security integrators , architects , general contractors , and other key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of security solutions, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, engagement, proposal development, negotiations, and closing new business.
- Own and manage proposals with full accountability, ensuring they meet client needs and business objectives.
- Develop and execute account strategies, goals, and action plans for your assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth through prospecting, developing new business, and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Establish and maintain long-term connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions, school security officers, and government entities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate project proposals, timely installations, and overall client satisfaction.
- Regularly track and update your sales pipeline in our lead management system, reporting bi-weekly to the Director of Sales.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and generate new leads.
- Provide regular insights on sales performance, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to leadership.
- Assist with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories and collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals.
