Are you a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager with 10 years’ experience in sales? We are partnering with a great company to hire a full-time Business Developer for Janitorial Sales in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.
Salary range: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 - DOE
Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll focus on territory management and business development in the Tri-County (Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade) area
- Ideal experience would be selling to Commercial Janitorial, Landlords and Property Managers
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and driving existing customer sales growth within your designated territory.
- 75% local travel in South Florida
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree a plus or equivalent experience
- 8 years' experience in selling to Commercial strip centers / commercial landlords and property managers.
- Janitorial sales experience preferred. Security building or Pest Control industry experience could substitute for the Janitorial sales experience.
- Strong skills in cold calling and direct sales methodologies.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
