Salary : $90,000.00 - $120,000.00
As Director of the Construction Cleaning Division , you will lead, direct and manage the Post -Construction Cleaning Division's daily aspects of sales and operations in the tri-county area. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the department's development and implementation of strategies for profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency
- Supervise the performance of subcontractors and team members, guide rescheduling jobs
- Support and assist sales account managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Approve project budgets and schedules. Reviews bids for accuracy.
- Reviews financial reports and actions when required to achieve desired profitability.
- Maintains an effective business development program, securing profitable work.
- Full life cycle of business operations including subcontractor negotiations, procurement, business development.
