Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Masking: Utilize a variety of materials—tapes, foils, plugs, and screws—to expertly mask metallic and non-metallic parts according to specific customer requirements and blueprints.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members while also managing individual tasks to meet production goals.
- Safety First: Adhere to industry best practices and safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Matters: Previous masking experience in aerospace or manufacturing is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused, with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication is crucial for understanding and executing instructions from management and customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive motions while maintaining dexterity and coordination.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility for overtime, including evenings and weekends, is appreciated.
