Bilingual Construction Design Engineer (Fluent in Mandarin Chinese)
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Construction Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing engineering solutions for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese to facilitate communication with stakeholders and teams.
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Salary : $70,000 - $79,000 (DOE)
Job Type : Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Development : Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks . Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Project Planning & Management : Work with architects and project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing engineers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analysis & Simulation : Conduct engineering tests and simulations to assess performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records, technical reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Client Relations : Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
