Overview:
Employment Solutions is looking for an HVAC Sales Representative and become an integral part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a sales role and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, managing sales orders, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.
Pay: $22.50/hr
Shift: 8-5 Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Use the company’s computer system to enter orders accurately and efficiently.
- Complete sales orders, process cash sales, and ensure all transactions are handled smoothly.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively cold-call prospects from external lead sources to generate new business.
- Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to align on strategic sales approaches.
- Overcome objections and effectively present HVAC product/service features and benefits.
- Provide accurate price quotes, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and reports.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required. A 4-year degree is preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- HVAC Knowledge is preferred not required.
