Customer Service/Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Delivery Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of tasks, including customer service, warehouse duties, and appliance delivery. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding products, handling appliances, maintaining an organized warehouse, and ensuring safe delivery of items to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by assisting with product inquiries, helping customers locate items, and offering product recommendations.
• Warehouse Support: Perform inventory management, restock products, ensure warehouse organization, and prepare items for delivery.
• Delivery Driver: Safely operate a box truck to deliver appliances and HVAC equipment to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manual Labor: Lift and move heavy items such as appliances and HVAC units, requiring physical strength and stamina.
• Equipment Handling: Safely load, unload, and handle large appliances and HVAC equipment, ensuring no damage occurs during transportation and storage.
• Computer Skills: Use basic computer systems to track inventory, process orders, and update customer information.
• Maintain Clean Driving Record: Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, maintaining a clean driving record.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, warehouse work, or delivery driving is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor.
• Good computer skills and comfort with basic software programs.
• Clean background check and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to operate a box truck and other warehouse equipment safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
