Location: Greenville, SC
Pay Rate: $1639.69 bi-weekly ($42,632 yearly ) PLUS OT

Job Summary:
A beverage company in Greenville, SC is seeking motivated Delivery Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, loading/unloading, stocking product, and ensuring that inventory is well-maintained. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to address customer needs and ensure products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers based on a pre-scheduled route, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Adapt to changes in work assignments and assist with organizational restructuring efforts.
• Follow accounts receivable guidelines when checking in orders (DSD, PO#, Military, Receipt, or Stamp).
• Place products in designated areas or directly onto the sales floor, as directed.
• Pick up all empty shells, flats, returned pallets, and any damaged or out-of-date products.
• Merchandise products at assigned stops according to the schedule provided by management.
• Communicate any issues, problems, or opportunities to the sales team and delivery team.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as established by management.

• Computer Skills: Familiarity with Encompass handheld database software is preferred.
• Certificates and Licenses: Valid Class C/D driver’s license is required.

Work Environment:

• The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, and the employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds using an electric pallet jack or cart.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• The position requires frequent use of hands to handle or feel objects, and the ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance.
