Schedule : M-F 7AM-3 : 30PM (or until done) 40 hours per week OT available

Job Overview :
As a Lead Service / Installation Technician, you will be responsible for running service calls, installations, and equipment startups for a variety of equipment that we service and sell. This position requires hands-on troubleshooting and repair work, as well as direct customer interaction to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Ensure customers are satisfied with service and installation, including work quality, job completion time, professionalism, and overall experience.
- Installation and Repair : Install and repair equipment accurately, following manufacturer specifications.
- Paperwork Completion : Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including time sheets and descriptions of work performed.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs : Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs, including wiring and startup testing of equipment.
- Training & Supervision : Provide training and supervision for other technicians, as required.
- Industry Focus : Work within the material handling and door industry, with a primary focus on dock equipment and doors.
