Shifts Available with hourly pay rates:
- 1st Shift: M-F 6:30 AM-3:30 PM - $17.25
- 2nd Shift: M-F 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM - $19.00
- Weekend Shifts: Flexible options available, plus overtime opportunities!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Supervise the setup of production lines to ensure a smooth start each day.
- Operate with Excellence: Prepare and run machinery while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Collaborate: Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure materials are ready for production.
- Quality Control: Input raw materials and conduct spot checks to guarantee top-notch product quality.
- Problem Solver: Maintain production standards and quickly resolve any line issues with maintenance support.
- Team Player: Supervise and support your team members on the production line.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for manufacturing and a desire to learn and grow!
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols.
- 1-2 years of machine operation experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- At least 6 months in an entry-level machine/line operations role, demonstrating your commitment and skill.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) and basic math skills.
