RDC Warehouse Supervisor – Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control

RDC General Manager

Salary:
$65,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced RDC Warehouse Supervisor to join our Regional Distribution Center (RDC) team. This role focuses on overseeing operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure an efficient and organized workflow. If you're a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge and a passion for team success, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RDC leadership to establish daily and strategic operational goals.

• Supervise personnel and resources to meet productivity targets.

• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution of shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

• Promote a safety-first culture and report all incidents or injuries promptly.

• Maintain proper equipment usage, storage, and maintenance.

• Oversee cleanliness and organization within your designated area.

• Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies.

• Lead by example and prioritize the customer experience in daily decisions.

• Support continuous improvement efforts across warehouse processes.

• Build strong internal and external working relationships.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

To perform this role effectively, the candidate must be able to:

• Operate warehouse equipment and handle materials

• Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Frequently twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach overhead

• Lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently
