Recruiter/Staffing Professional
Employment Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Staffing Professional with a strong background in talent sourcing.

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience working as a recruiter within a staffing agency.
- A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
The recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Effectively assessing applicant’s relevant knowledge, previous work history, skills, and background.
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Being self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Being a team player.
- Ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Schedule and Compensation:
- 1st Shift - Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience
