- Job Site: Burnet: 12719 Burnet Rd. Austin, TX. 78660 (MUST be willing to travel to other Store Front Locations in Austin and surrounding Austin areas. (Required)
- Start Date: January 2025 or sooner
Responsibilities:
- Be able to understand and communicate with customers in both English and Spanish. (Bilingual is preferred not required)
- Responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction by listening to customers and responding in a friendly manner
- Be able to use information technology skills, including interfacing with credit card and banking institutions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to listen first, speak clearly and correctly.
- Good written and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and related software; Microsoft Office including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Must possess keyboarding skills of 30 wpm.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
- Multi-tasking capabilities: ability to think logically and time management organized. flexible, and goal oriented.
- Ability to handle customer interactions in a quick but tactful, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

- Must have basic MS Computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift (Hours of operation is Monday - Friday) Store Front hours are from 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Saturdays) Store Front hours are 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

- Customer service call center or high-volume CSR: 1 year (Required)
