What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Researcher/ Call Center Representative position at EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING CENTERS INC?
The Homestead Exemption Analysis Department is seeking three (3) researchers and call center representatives. These individuals will be responsible for researching homesteaded properties to verify the validity of granted exemptions, responding to inquiries from taxpayers, and maintaining accurate records of all research and call activities.
Candidates must possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor. They may also be assigned special projects by their manager. We are looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet shifting deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn new skills, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Position Details:
- Type of Position: Full Time/Temp-to-Hire
- Salary: $16 per hour
- Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm in-person during the training period, thereafter it will be 8:00am-5:00pm remotely with a mandatory monthly in-person training session.
