What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center CSR (Linebarger) position at EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING CENTERS INC?
Job description: Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to resolve customers toll road inquiries in the US.
- Collect monies by negotiating payment terms and methods when right party is reached.
- Collect balance or set up an appropriate payment plan
- Monitor debtors accounts and follow-up to ensure payments are made in a timely manner

Training: 2 weeks from 8 AM – 5 pm with 1 hour lunch. *Missing a day or arriving late during the first 2 weeks of training will likely result in termination.
Work Hours (after training): 7 AM – 8PM Monday through Friday
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday CST
- Monday - Friday 9am-6pm with a rotating Saturday CST
- Monday – Friday 10am-7pm with a rotating Saturday CST
Hourly rate: $17.00 an hour
