Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH)
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the President and plays a crucial role in streamlining processes, managing personnel, and optimizing company performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in staff management, process improvement, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Performance Management
- Streamline and optimize the onboarding process for new employees.
- Document and refine operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Create candidate assessments using E-Skills.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, including financial inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor recruitment performance and retention rates to drive improvements.
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise office staff and identify top and bottom performers, providing coaching as needed.
- Lead team meetings and huddles to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Train personnel in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Handle escalated employee issues to maintain a productive work environment.
Business Development & Financial Oversight
- Identify new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Assist with proposal writing and RFP submissions.
- Allocate recruitment expenses and send financial reports to the accounting team.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Skills:
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
- Tech-savvy and able to work with various digital tools and platforms.
- Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience managing a team or sales staff.
- Previous experience in a staffing company is a plus but not required.
- Experience with UGK Kronos is a plus.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
