We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our Litigation department, which specializes in filing and preparing necessary documents for ad valorem tax suits. This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude. The Paralegal is responsible for managing dockets for multiple district courts, handling a substantial caseload of approximately 1,000 cases. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and attending virtual and in-person docket proceedings with attorneys when necessary. They will also collaborate closely with clients, courts, and team members to ensure smooth case management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and is eager to take on challenges. While previous legal experience is a plus, it is not required.
