Role Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a direct report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all company property and equipment in working clean order. Learn a plethora of hands on skills all while maintaining the facility and gaining knowledge on general maintenance tasks! Come in, learn the facility, and the ins and outs of cannabis care from start to finish!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm (with on-call rotation days)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems and find a solution.
- Work with contractors to maintain building equipment/function.
- Become familiar with hands on building tasks involving electrical, plumbing, and other skills
- Notify supervisor of tools/ material needed to perform work
- Keep the appearance/ function of all of our buildings in top working condition
- Keep climate control equipment in top working order
- Maintain CCC and OSHA compliance at all times.
- Think sanitary when performing any work tasks involving debris, dust, drilling holes, etc.
- On call as necessary

Requirements:
- Always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms during each shift
- Must take showers and wash hair thoroughly before each shift in order to effectively prevent contamination in the facility (Occasional)
- Must be able to work weekends (Occasional)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work
- Must work well with others
- Must be on time and work regular scheduled hours
- Must be motivated
- Must be honest, trustworthy and hardworking
- Passion for the cannabis industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass all required background checks
Working Conditions:
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, twist, reach, stretch, walk, perform repetitive motions and carry boxes
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or push/pull 100lbs
