Our Security Operations Coordinator plays a vital role by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling call-outs and incident reports, and monitoring patrol check-ins and security cameras.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour/depending on experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods

Ability to occasionally lift items not to exceed 20 pounds.

Ability to use a computer, phone, or walkie/radio.
Required Duties:

Assist in scheduling security personnel and handling call-outs to ensure full coverage.

Maintain incident reports, log daily activity, and monitor security cameras for any unusual activities.

Conduct regular patrol check-ins to ensure all sites are covered and secure.

Serve as the point of contact for inquiries received through walkie-talkie or phone calls.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, activities, and patrols.

Collaborate with security team members to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
Education/Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Experience in Dispatch or Security is preferred, but not required

Ability to interact cordially and communicate effectively with the public and security personnel

Other Misc. Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age

Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check

Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene

Must have open availability to work Monday through Sunday, including weekends, evening, and holiday shifts

Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location assignments
