We’re seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the band in Taunton! The ideal candidate should have open availability and a strong focus on managing smooth and efficient night and closing shifts.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Our Shift Supervisor will assist management in leading the band at Greatest Hits!
Our Shift Supervisors will be one of the leaders of the Greatest Hits band! You’ll orchestrate the communication between guests and management to improve customer experience continually. Let your voice be heard!
Don’t know much about cannabis? That’s ok! We’ll provide the necessary training.
About you:
- You live and breathe retail
- You understand how to lead and motivate your team
- You embrace a constantly evolving industry with the ability to adjust as needed
- You are able to work a flexible schedule (weekend availability is a must!)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You’re 21 or older and are able to pass an extensive background check
- You’re interested in cannabis and excited to deliver best-in-class customer service while driving foot traffic to our stores
- You have previous retail management, customer service, or hospitality experience
- You are proficient in problem-solving and resolving matters in a professional manner
- You care about the community and enjoy giving back
