This role will be hired by HR MGMT 10, LLC and dedicated to supporting the operations of our partnered brand.
Position Summary:
The Shipping Account Manager will manage the daily execution of outbound shipments for a high-volume production environment. This includes booking pallet shipments, resolving claims with carriers, creating accurate shipment documentation, and maintaining real-time coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy setting.
Essential Responsibilities:

Book freight and pallet shipments with regional and national carriers based on production schedules and partner needs.

Serve as the main point of contact for shipment delays, freight damage, and carrier claims; ensure timely resolution and documentation.

Generate and maintain detailed pallet shipment breakdowns to support transparency and tracking.

Create packing slips and associated shipping documentation to ensure compliance and delivery accuracy.

Track, report, and monitor shipments from dispatch through delivery.

Partner with internal stakeholders (production, inventory, and warehouse teams) to ensure operational alignment.

Maintain shipping logs and prepare reports as needed for audits, leadership updates, and compliance reviews.

Identify opportunities to streamline shipping workflows and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in shipping, freight coordination, or logistics (cannabis, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of pallet logistics, carrier claims, and documentation best practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with external vendors and internal teams.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Freightview, etc.).

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the cannabis or regulated consumer goods industry.

Familiarity with cannabis compliance shipping requirements in California, Michigan, or Missouri.
