Job Overview :
The data clerk (Financial Analyst II) will complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with corporate guidelines. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.
General Responsibilities :
- Performs routine and varied duties in accordance with standard procedures.
- Maintains records, prepares files, verifies information, and resolves routine problems
- Ensure entering in accurate information into Sodexo's systems for inclusions and exclusions, accounts receivable, and or other hierarchy information for client
- Participates in overseeing the onboarding and maintenance of new and current members in Entegra's Purchasing Programs. Ensuring that the memberships are correctly aligned to the contracts and reporting.
- Administer and disseminate routine and on-demand membership reports and data feeds.
- Will verify financial data and do reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Must be able to use Excel and be able to do Pivot tables, Vlookups, and HLookups, and be able to pull reports from Microsoft Access and other Databases.
- Conducts research when necessary.
- Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
- May performs more advanced non-routine duties in accordance with standard procedures.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
