Responsibilities ORDER PLACEMENT / MANAGEMENT Accurately input and process POS sales orders into SAP ERP, ensuring all details are correct and complete Work closely with our planning team to ensure inventory levels will support requests, or if alternative solutions are needed Maintain and organize all requests through our ticketing tool (ZenDesk) Monitor and provide status updates of critical shipments and ensure outbounds have a timely delivery Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistic challenges LOGISTICS / CUSTOMER SUPPORT Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, shipments, products, claims, and customer concerns Interact with key personnel to monitor and develop process to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments Establish strong working relationship with business units, distributors, logistics partners, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer supportSYSTEMS SUPPORT Maintain distribution partner customer master data in company's operational systems (SAP) Ensure all transactions are properly entered and maintained within the relevant system MISCELLANEOUS OPERATIONAL SUPPORT Conduct ad hoc reporting & analysis Maintain documentation related to logistics policies and procedures Support as required for annual physical inventory and audits Initiate transportation track and trace (as required) Prepared to assume additional tasks outside job description (as needed / directed) Experience Needed 0-1 years experience related to supply chain and logistics operations Attention to detail is a must Problem-solving and critical thinking are needed to be successful in this role Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred Basic analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experience (excel is heavily used) Outstanding customer service skills Strong written and verbal skills Education requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements #PRO
