Key Responsibilities :
Community Connector : Engage with local communities, organizations, and partners to spread awareness and foster collaboration.
Event Enthusiast : Plan, organize, and attend community events, representing the Henderson Equality Center with enthusiasm and pride.
Resource Champion : Distribute information about our services, programs, and resources to those who need them most.
Support Advocate : Provide on-the-ground support, guidance, and encouragement to LGBTQ individuals and allies in the community.
Outreach Innovator : Develop and implement creative strategies to reach underserved populations and build meaningful connections.
Feedback Collector : Gather insights and feedback from the community to help us continuously improve and adapt our programs and services.
