Position Title : Nail Salon Receptionist

Hours : Full Time (30-35 hours)

Position Summary :

The Nail Collective is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon. The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service & Client Interaction :

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage booking through Vagaro.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and provide information on salon services.
• Make beverages for clients, ensuring their comfort during their salon visit.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and sales as needed.

2. Salon Maintenance & Cleaning :

• Perform detailed cleaning of the salon including fl oors, surfaces, and workstations.
• Clean pedicure bowls and manicure stations after each client service.
• Clean and restock the bathroom throughout the day.
• Take out trash regularly to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment.

3. Stockroom & Inventory Management :

• Organize the stockroom, ensuring all supplies are neatly arranged and easy to access.
• Fill the stockroom with necessary products and tools as needed.
• Put away new supplies upon delivery, ensuring proper labeling and storage.

4. Additional Duties :

• Maintain open communication with salon technicians and management.
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.

5. Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle busy schedules with professionalism.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of salon services is a plus, but not required

Salary : $16 - $17
