The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead and mentor team members, guiding them in their tasks while overseeing budgeting, scheduling and staff management. The Senior Mechanical Engineer plays a key role in designing energy-efficient, sustainable HVAC and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, driving both project success and the growth of our team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Current Professional Engineering License
- A minimum of 5 years as a Licensed Professional Engineer
- Ability to obtain Professional Licensure in the State of Texas
- 10 years experience of MEP Design, specifically in Municipal / Aviation, Education, Healthcare and Commercial Office sectors
- 7 years of managed MEP Design experience
- 3 years of Project Management experience
- 3 years of Supervisory experience directly over an MEP design team
- Valid Texas Driver License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check is required
