  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Hardware, Firmware, QA, Cloud, and App—to facilitate seamless coordination.

  • Champion program management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for program-related issues and risks, collaborating to develop mitigation strategies.

  • Act as a liaison with executive leadership, providing regular updates on program status, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.

  • 8 years of experience in program management, including leadership of program management teams.

  • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding Program Managers to achieve their full potential.

  • Experience managing technical programs, ideally in safety-critical or high-power applications (e.g., EVSE technologies, battery storage, solar controllers).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on mitigating risks and delivering results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and building consensus.

  • Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project) and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
